 Thank you everyone who came to see us during this year’s FHI show. Food shows are a great way for us to meet our customers directly and to showcase our products in person. We understand it’s a difficult choice to buy products online because you’re not sure of the color or the size or quality. We always encourage our customers to meet us in person to address those feelings.

We were honored & lucky to have 4 instructors at our booth. Day 1, Ibu Ching Pranata demonstrated her skills with FondX Rolled Fondant and Chefmaster food color. She is an expert in making figurines and mini cakes. She gave very helpful advice when it comes to using fondant and food coloring. Her favorite brand at the moment is Chefmaster. Day 2,

Ibu Achen Ny Liem and her assistants had demonstrated how to pipe flowers using russian tips and classic shaped tips. They also used Chefmaster food colors as well as FondX’s new Buttercream Concentrate. It’s a great product that takes the time and headache out of making you r own buttercream from scratch. Simply add shortening and mix. They had shown off their skills piping realistic mini succulents and blooming roses. They sure brought in a large crowd that day. Days 3 & 4, Ibu Teng Ratna created beautiful, buttercream flowers using Chefmaster. She is a piping expert and she answered a lot of questions that our customers had. Chef Indra was at our booth every morning answering all questions about buttercream. He loves FondX’s Buttercream Concentrate and was happy to have our customers taste the 2 flavors available.

This show was an absolute success for us. We loved seeing happy customers leave our booth. All we could have hoped for was that all of you would leave our booth learning something cool and with a smile on your face. It was super fun for us and we’re looking forward to our next show in Jakarta. See you guys at Interfood 2017!
