23rd Day of Color

Hey guys, today has been a highly anticipated day for me. actually this whole weekend will be because 1 : today our Chefmaster Liquid Whitener is on sale and 2 : Christmas is coming! So I want to talk a little bit about the Chefmaster Liquid Whitener. This is a very versatile product. It is a bright white color which the name doesn't show off very well. It comes in 3 sizes, a small tub concentrate which you can dip your toothpick into, a medium squeeze bottle, and a large squeeze bottle for those of you who are in mass production. I would say the consistency is a little bit thicker than your AmeriColor Bright White. The AmeriColor is definitely a little milky and runny which means with the Chefmaster it will last a lot longer. The Liquid Whitener not only acts as a white coloring but also acts as a whitener as the name suggests. Meaning you can put it into your white fondant or white buttercream and it will make it bright white. Not only that but it will make your buttercream shiny and I'm talking about glistening like an early Christmas morning snowfall. Try it out in your piping gel and it will look like white lava it's so smooth and shiny and slick. It is a really great product that I think everyone should have in their tool box. I also love the Chefmaster brand itself. I like the different sizes they have available and they also have a variety of colors just like AmeriColor. Performance wise I think it's just as excellent as AmeriColor. So for those AC lovers out there, share some Christmas love and buy a couple bottles of Chefmaster to try out. I guarantee you'll love it.
